But…the cooler weather this week was perfect for baking. I made some homemade chocolate chip cookies. They may have been a bit flat, but it didn't matter—they were delicious!

It doesn't matter if chocolate chip cookies are flat - they're good no matter what! (P.S. I like baking them on parchment paper. It keeps them soft. Have you ever tried that?)
