the rules

Walking with G-man in the park by our house today I came across this park rules sign. Heathens like this irritate me to no end. Why is this necessary? Destructive little bastards.

Look at that sloppy craftsmanship: Rember? Gronud? A little pecker in the corner? At least they encourage us to have fun.

Click on the picture to read the new rules laid out for us.

That is a brand new sign too. I am glad to see our tax dollars wasted. One day the little bastard will feel bad— I hope.

jq—Really? I guess that's why I never noticed it before. Those little effers are worse than the little league parents.

I learned a lot at parks when I was a kid. There was all sorts of dirty words and pictures drawn on the rafters of the shelter. I always felt bad when I saw that.

The park by our house really sucks, hopefully if they ever do fix it up the kids won't destroy it.

Hope they caught that brat.

I wish kids wouldn't do that - cause I can just hear Tink's questions - Momma - what's that in the corner?

There's a park by my parent's house where we use to play as kids. When I went to visit my sister, and meet Calem for the first time, I told her we should take him there.

"Oh, no. It's not the same as when we were kids. All the drug pushers go there now, and there are needles all over the ground."

It's a darn shame.

I hate when a few people ruin it for everyone!

Do you think a little Pine-sol will clean off that ink?

nobody—The teens just don't get it. Little kids are absolutely affected by this stuff. Twenty plus years later and you still remember that.

shades—Probably not.

fantastagirl—How do you answer a question like that? A mushroom?

lynda—Yikes. That is bad. I was wondering if there was somebody to contact about the sign. Pinesol is an interesting idea. Now you've got me wondering.

At least they show signs of reading comprehension, as they were able to write exactly the opposite! Clever.

I can't help it, it made me laugh. :-)

It's true...you see this as a kid and you don't forget it. I still remember seeing "fuck" carved on a picnic table when I was probably about 7 and feeling mad about it back then, even. You don't carve on tables! My momma taught me that much...and especially, you don't carve (gasp) BAD words...!

Hairspray removes ink. Sometimes..

*Sigh* Why am I more upset over the misspelled words and lousy penmanship. Perhaps if they were a bit more meticulous in their studies they would not feel the need to deface public property.
