boob guy

Josh and I were having a discussion the other day and I'm curious as to what you all think about it. The question was raised about the proverbial "boob guy". You know the one. The guy that can't remember to look at the face of a busty broad when their chatting. The guy that loves to motorboat. The guy...well you get the point.

Anyway, the question was whether this guy's behavior is more likely to manifest if he was formula-fed or breastfed. Is the denial of the boob more likely to create a strong desire for it? Or is it the constant exposure and source of nourishment more likely?

What do you think?

I'm going to say they were denied the boobage as an infant, and as a result they long for the boobs the rest of their lives.

This post reminded me of the lady in my office who always looks at my chest when I talk to her. Yes, the lady. She's a married, older woman. And my chest is barely a C cup, so there isn't much to see there. And honestly, I don't think my chest is freakish in any way that would warrant staring by the same sex. What the hell do you think HER deal is?!

Good question. I was bottle fed and I consider myself to be a boob guy. Maybe there is connection.

Mmmmmm...boobs. Boobs and boob cleavage are so wonderful!

I have no clue. I am curious to see what everyone else thinks. But I do love the label "teat talk". It reminds me of something Jacob would say.

I think it's just a guy thing. I used to think the breastfeeding was an issue, but DH wasn't breastfed, and he's just as fascinated as men who were, so... I think it can be either or. Denial of the breast = obsession or could = apathy. Or being breastfed could lead to a fixation as easily as repulsion.

I base my opinion on the fact that another friend of mine claimed to be a "leg man" but was always demanding photos of boobs...

Those poor, confused creatures...

I think it's just a testosterone thing.

I was breast feed, and I am an ass man. However, there is never an urge to motorboat when you're an ass man, unless you are a really dirty ass man. I wonder what happens if you're ass-fed...

I'd vote for boob denial = frustration and fixation as adults. My husband was born and raised in countries that have topless beaches. Women even breastfeed topless on the beach. Boobs do not = sex to him.

My vote is for boob denial. Mr. Incredible was bottle fed and he is a boob man - but he is smart enough to look a woman in the eye when he talks to her - or else I'd smack'em!

mmmm, luscious hooters...

What was the question again?

Oh yeah, I love boobs. Who knows why. They're just great.

I agree with the whole "denied boobie" and then the guy becomes a "boob guy" thing. Definitely.

I'm on the other side of this spectrum. Andrew breastfed until he was THREE YEARS OLD and he is a total boob man.

Wow 3 years old?

I have been thinking on this, and I think it is more a puberty thing than a breastfeeding thing.

lol, found the post you told me about on Egan's page! I think what a guy is denied, he'll want more than average...thus the oral fixation thing I mentioned. By the way, great page, I've read a few posts already!

Simple answer: Yes and Yes.

For me, I was both bottle and breast fed and I'm a boob maniac...so watch out for that.

Guys like boob...enough said.

My husband is a HUGE boob man, but he also likes to grab my butt no and again. However, I am so aware of his boob fascination that I point out nice ones for him in public.

I am a good wife.
