You know that Pizza Hut commercial where the guy gets the three medium pizzas for $5 each? Yeah, you know the one—the guy looks like a goofier younger version of Gene Wilder and when he gets the pizzas he's all excited and yells, "Honey, the Pizza Hut guy screwed up again. I got three pizzas for the same price as those other guys."
I hate that commercial. And they air it all the time.
The main reason I hate it? It doesn't sound like the guy is getting a deal at all. Look at the line—"...for the same price as those other guys." So, I can get 3 pizzas for $15 from anywhere? I know that's not what he means but that's exactly how it sounds. Get a clue Pizza Hut, and stop airing that obnoxious commercial.

Yeah, I think he is supposed to mean that the other guys charge $15 for one pizza. However, didn't he order the damn pizzas? Then they give him a total? WTF?
I hate the Verizon commercial where the guys download "Rock the Casbah" onto the phone, then argue over some ridiculous lyrics. For Christsakes, the name of the song was on your phone while you were downloading it!

The Pizza Hut commercial is annoying when you actually listen to it. I usually tune it out.

mmmmmm...pizza. *snapping out of it* Oh sorry. Yeah, that commercial does kind of suck. I did, however, just see the funniest commercial in a while today! I was laughing so hard that I forget exactly what the product pitch was, it may have been for a video camera and trying to capture memories. Anywho, there's a mom and dad standing over their very much older son who's in the kitchen sink with soap suds. The dad's all squeeking the duck in his son's face and they tell him to "splash a little". LMAO!!!
Was pizza on the brain? I swear the delivery drivers never look like how they portray them on ads. Why is that?

I agree; this commercial is bad, maybe even more annoying than that Domino's one from a few months back with the Fudgey brownie-thing that came to the door with the happy delivery guy, and the little girl hugs him and ends up looking grossed out b/c she realizes what the "fudge" looks like. That was a disgusting commercial!

I hate the fact that Pizza Hut tries to make "Brooklyn" style pizza. I am from Brooklyn and let me tell you, that crap is nothing like REAL Brooklyn pizza. And I hate those fake Jewish people on that commercial that act as if they know Brooklyn pizza. WHATEVS...

Yes, an annoying and dumb commercial. Just how much bad pizza does one really need? Remember that trend a few years back when they were selling bigger and bigger pizzas. Obnoxious.
