insert clever title here

OMG! Did you watch Heroes last night? That show just keeps getting better and better. I totally called Peter absorbing Claire's power of regeneration (or was it Sylar's he absorbed) and that Sylar would kill Jackie instead of Claire. I heard that Sylar is supposed to be someone we've already seen on one of the episodes but Josh and I have no idea who it is. We even paused it right at the end last night when they were showing next week's preview to get a better look at him. Nope, I'm clueless now. That must have been someone that was on one of the two episodes we missed at the beginning of the season (episodes 3 & 4 I think).

I'm super excited for 3:15 to roll around today. That's when my Thanksgiving vacation officially starts. I have to be at work by noon for one hour of my office hours and then class is from 1:05 to 3:15. Then it's home until next Tuesday! Of course tomorrow and Thursday will be a whirlwind of activity. I'm going to try to get as much as I can done tomorrow for Thanksgiving. Family comes at 2 on Thursday for appetizers and dinner will be around 3:30. There will be no shopping on Black Friday for us so I see sleeping in on the agenda. I originally wanted to put the tree up so it would look all pretty when all the family was here, but now I'm not so sure. Normally, I would never put the tree up this early, but this might be one of the only times all the family would see it between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Plus, we haven't had a tree up the last two years due to moving 3 days before Christmas last year and lack of space in the apartment the year before.

What do you guys think?

If you find yourself with free time and in a giddy, want-to-put-up-the-tree mood, I'd say do it. If not, waiting is fine.

Whatever you do, HAVE FUN! I can tell you're excited!

If you really want to see who Sylar was, you can see him on imdb'spage for last night's show. I have no idea who he is.

Most of that post made absolutely no sense to me.

Why not put the tree up? From what I can gather Thanksgiving and christmas are pretty much the same anyway.

We haven't missed any of the episodes, and have caught up on missed parts at nbc.com. But, I don't know who the bad Sylar is, either. But it shocked me for a moment, the little pixie girl standing at the tree. I thought for a moment she was a bad guy! Loved how she put him down! And the guy with the magic hands, can he come over and help me sleep at night???

I really enjoy the show. I'm sad the bitch cheerleader had to die. She just seemed like she had issues, but would have turned out OK. It was sad when she told super girl to 'rhuuhhhnnnn'. ..sob...

I love the show.
Put up the tree!

I think your title should be busy as a bee.

You can watch old episodes online.

Jen—I am excited for Thanksgiving, we love to entertain and I'm happy that we will be bringing both sides together once again.

Tim—Now I've heard that they hired a new actor for the roll of Sylar and we haven't seen that guy before at all.

fuzzy—I take it you haven't seen Heroes then?

NaughtyV—I think Pixie girl is bad still, she's something with her powers of persuasion.

Lynda—I'm pretty sure you can only see the most current episode online.

I think you should put it up if you have room. It will make you happy to sit in front of it and dream of next Christmas with your little boy.

Have a joyous kickoff to this year's Holiday Season!

I say go for it if you want. We might put up the little tree (3 ft.) for Sparky on Thanksgiving. But then again, it's supposed to be around 70° here, so it's going to be hard for me to be in a Christmas mood.

The big tree won't go up until Dec. 10th or so.

Heroes was good but it is frustrating because I dind't think anything else got answered last night!! But stil a great show.

I don't think we are going to put up the tree this year. I am not in the holiday mood anymore.

OK... so after wrecking my pretty little brain over PopTarts and NyQuil, I guess this is my que to ask you... what is "Heroes"? * sigh *

Dutchy—Heroes is an excellent new show on here in the states, kinda sci-fi, but completely riveting. NBC.com will give you a synopsis if you're really interested.

I've called a lot in that show. I think it makes me proud. I knew that Peter would absorb Claires power (it wasn't Sylar's power, he can't spontaneously regenerate, didn't you see him bleeding and limping?) That show is way too good. It hurts how much I love Heroes.
