And if you take them away if he has to eat or bathe, he says, "No, crayons Mama" because he doesn't want to give them up. ha!naynayfazzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10441323925895768370noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15222220.post-61566899511282838022009-01-28T08:55:00.000-05:002009-01-28T08:55:00.000-05:00I agree. When I was a kid, I had this giant coloring & activity book that was holiday-themed and only came out with the Christmas decorations. I'd go through pages of it every night, year after year, until I somehow completed the last page at some point in my teens.

Not too many years ago I mentioned how much I enjoyed that. My mom promptly gifted all us girls (& our husbands) with new Christmas coloring & activity books and crayons. I haul mine out with the decorations every year.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15222220.post-11243885543329948622009-01-28T00:42:00.000-05:002009-01-28T00:42:00.000-05:00Coloring has to be the most relaxing thing in the ...Coloring has to be the most relaxing thing in the world... I loved it...now with homework, spelling, math, reading... we don't color as often. It was the one thing I always contributed 100% when I was babysitting (rather than letting kids win games or tossing a ball so lightly so they can catch it, ect.) But coloring, I would make those picture look like Disney cells ready for filming. I was a coloring genius. Maybe I should get some books and do it when I am stressed. Coloring always soothed me.Cupcake Blondehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10588999664483664504noreply@blogger.com
